Food & Diet

Eating healthy food is always important because good nutrition can keep you and your baby healthy. Make sure you get enough of vitamins and minerals in your daily food. If you are coffee or tea lover, make sure that you do not have more than 1 cup each day.

Besides, pregnant women are required to consume at least 0.4mg of folic acid per day to prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida. Avoid food that has high levels of mercury like shark, king markerel, tilefish etc because it could hurt your baby. Alcohol, smoke and drugs are prohibited during your pregnant too.
